Emma Nowinski
Senior Associate / AIA, Assoc. DBIA, LEED AP
Emma is a Senior Associate with over 18 years of experience across a variety of building types, including fire stations, multifamily housing, and civic projects. Her engineering background enables her to proactively optimize systems to meet both budget and design intent.
Emma's project management experience spans the full complexity of WAU's portfolio, but regardless of program, she successfully aligns teams around shared goals by building trust with diverse stakeholders, strictly adhering to budget and schedule, and delivering facilities that improve users' lives and their communities.
Within the office, Emma mentors colleagues on WAU's collaborative culture through clear communication and relationship-building. She continues to grow as a leader via DBIA certification, participation in Leadership Tomorrow, and longtime involvement in UW’s Department of Architecture.
