Nathan Leverson is a designer with six years of experience across multifamily housing, mass transit, healthcare, and infrastructure. He is particularly adept at studying and producing land-use and building-code documentation, and at steering projects through Seattle's complex design review process.

At Weinstein A+U, Nathan brings his experience navigating regulatory frameworks and his familiarity with Seattle's development landscape to the team. His portfolio includes mixed-use residential projects such as Liza and Skyglass, affordable housing at Hinoki, and transit-oriented development at the Eastlink Redmond Technology Center.

Born and raised in Seattle, Nathan loves the city's cool and wet fall and winter. When he is not working, he can be found running around Green Lake, hiking in the Cascades, or planning his next adventure overseas.
