Weinstein A+U designs buildings to be enduring civic assets, and for us, that requires commitment to sustainability. This long-term perspective shapes every design decision. Our sustainability approach combines strategic design decisions with project-specific opportunities. Buildings that waste energy or degrade quickly become burdens rather than valuable assets, but a building designed to last can adapt and keep serving its community for generations. As a signatory to the 2030 Challenge, WAU formalizes this practice across project work, office operations, and professional engagement. The action plan below sets out the commitments that follow.
