Rachael Koffman is a project architect with experience in both single-family and multifamily project types, with built work in California, Hawaii, New Zealand, and Japan. She is a strong proponent of Universal Design and aging in place, having worked on multiple projects that center on both design and access.

At Weinstein A+U, Rachael brings her international experience and commitment to accessible design to the team. Her focus on creating spaces that serve occupants across all stages of life aligns with the firm's approach to designing buildings that remain valuable to communities for generations.

When she is not at work, Rachael can be found on Lake Washington paddling with her dragon boat team or exploring the great outdoors, hiking, camping, and chasing auroras.
