Lauren is a Senior Associate who has been at Weinstein A+U for 13 years, specializing in civic buildings, fire stations, and commercial interiors. Through her leadership in fire safety projects across the Puget Sound region, she brings deep expertise in the programmatic relationships and operational requirements of emergency facilities.

Lauren's effectiveness comes from her clear communication and disciplined coordination. She translates design intent into built reality through careful constructibility analysis and close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Lauren is committed to place-based architecture that enhances communities. Her service on the Seattle Design Review Board reflects a belief that buildings succeed when they respond precisely to the contexts in which they are built.
