Dávila Parker-García
Partner / AIA
Dávila Parker-García believes design intent is only as reliable as the documentation behind it. As a Partner at Weinstein A+U with 20 years of practice, she has shaped the firm's approach to technical delivery, establishing standards for constructability, coordination, and documentation that ensure design intent holds from concept through closeout.
As Partner-in-Charge, Davi begins every project by studying its program, site, regulatory landscape, and stakeholder priorities and constraints, distilling those conditions into a hierarchy that guides the design process. In multifamily work, that clarity produces buildings where open spaces, street relationships, unit efficiency, and exterior design resolve together. In adaptive reuse, it means scrutiny of existing conditions and historic context required to preserve or reuse existing materials and maximize their cultural, environmental, and budgetary value. In nonprofit and public agency work, her balanced perspective results in responsible management of limited budgets without sacrificing client goals or quality. Technical rigor and design ambition are not competing priorities in her work, but the same discipline applied at different scales.
