As Partner-in-Charge, Davi begins every project by studying its program, site, regulatory landscape, and stakeholder priorities and constraints, distilling those conditions into a hierarchy that guides the design process. In multifamily work, that clarity produces buildings where open spaces, street relationships, unit efficiency, and exterior design resolve together.
